More than care. A community around you.
Golden Community is a nurse-led, local service supporting people to remain independent, connected and living life in the way that matters to them.
We started with a simple belief: people shouldn't have to loose their independence, routines or connections just because their need a little bit more support.
Our team combines nursing experience, wellbeing support, companionship and meaningful activity, working alongside individuals, families and other professionals. From enjoying a favourite hobby or getting out into the garden, to monitor wellbeing and coordinating more complex support, we look at the whole person- not just a list of tasks.
And with Little Orchard in Catworth, we are bringing that same approach into our new community hub and Nursing Home- creating somewhere that feels warm, personal and part of the local community.
Our aim is simple: to help people live well, stay connected and be family again.
