Mary is one of our experienced Support Workers, if there is one thing Mary loves, it's a good conversation, she has the natural ability to get people talking, sharing memories and enjoying some company-sometimes that can be just as important as the practical support we provide. As one of our Dementia Champions, Mary understands the importance of taking time, working at the person's pace and getting to know the individual behind the diagnosis.

Golden Community is proud to be part of Cambridegshire County Council's Care Micro Enterprise (CME) programme, supporting people to remain independent,connected and well within their own communities.

Through this established partnership, we receive referrals from local professionals, including social prescribers, and work alongside families and community services to provide flexible, person- centred support.
