How it works: Simple, Safe, Seamless

Our service is designed to fit seamlessly alongside existing healthcare, no complex processes, just care delivered directly to you.

Your GP makes the request -Your doctor requests the blood test just as they normally would and provides a completed ICE form (or equivalent). Nothing changes in how you work with your GP.
We Coordinate Everything - We liaise directly with your GP surgery so you don't have to juggle appointments, forms, or logistics. One less thing on your already full plate.
We Come to You - Our professional phlebotomists arrive at a time that suits your household. We bring everything needed for a safe, comfortable blood test in your own space.
We Handle the Return Journey - Samples are returned safely to your GP or designated laboratory according to proper protocols. Your doctor receives the results exactly as they would if you'd attended the surgery.
Your GP Contacts You as Usual - Your doctor discusses results and any next steps with you, just as they always have. We've simply removed the difficult journey in between.

Important: Your Doctor Remains in Charge

Your GP continues to have full clinical responsibility for your care, including diagnosis, choosing the appropriate tests, interpreting results, and overseeing all follow-up treatment.

Golden Community does not select which tests you need, interpret results, provide diagnosis, offer medical advice, or suggest treatment. We're phlebotomy specialists, we collect your blood sample with expertise and care, then return samples safely to your doctor.

When ready to book we will also require you to scan the QR code and complete the Phlebotomy treatment record and consent form(see below) to schedule a home visit for a Blood Test requested by a GP or a Hospital.
