Specialising in Dementia, Frailty, Palliative, and End-of-Life care, Lorraine is passionate about supporting older adults with complex needs in the community, focusing on preventative care, assessing risks and creating action plans. and hospital avoidance.

With a friendly and proactive approach, Lorraine makes it easy for you to discuss your health and care challenges.

Lucy has over 17 years of experience in health and social care, Lucy provides compassionate, personalised support to help you stay independent at home. She assists with medication management, meal planning, shopping, companionship, dementia care, and social activities. She has completed her care certificate and NVQ level 2 in health and social care.

Faith is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience in business and regulatory affairs. She holds a Master’s degree from Queen Mary, University of London, and is currently advancing her expertise through doctoral research in Business Administration. With a strong background in international business, regulatory compliance, and licensing procedures, Faith has successfully navigated both private and government sectors, providing strategic legal and administrative solutions.

Chester has joined the team to enhance staff and client's wellbeing. He is full of unconditional love and cuddles. Chester is currently attending puppy classes and is keen to learn ( with a few treats and lots of fuss). Chester has his favourite bell he likes to press for attention.
